Dr. Mark Abdoney is a board-certified periodontist with over 20 years of experience treating gum disease, placing dental implants, and performing cosmetic gum surgery in Tampa. A third-generation dentist who was born and raised right here in Tampa, Dr. Abdoney earned his dental degree from the University of Florida and completed specialized training in periodontics at Nova Southeastern University, where he received the Award of Periodontal Excellence. He is deeply involved in the dental community, having served as president of the Florida Association of Periodontists and currently teaches as a clinical professor at the University of Florida. Dr. Abdoney uses the latest technology, including minimally invasive laser techniques and the Chao Pinhole Surgical Technique, to help patients get excellent results with personalized care and compassion. He is now accepting new patients who are looking for a skilled specialist dedicated to their oral health and smile.
